so i usualy go and edit my website and add stuff but then it said Webhost file manager
so i entererd my account password and website name but then it said welcome but then it said incorrect data please help i want my website back
You need to enter ftp password…not account password.
If you forgot your password…
them, got to general settings…and you can reset ftp password in the “change password” section

What is your website and what error appears?
Can you screenshot it?
And you’ve tried hitting general settings in the cp and selecting change FTP password, waiting five minutes then attempting to login?
If you have and still can’t get in can you message me them over to try?
